Is CBT the same as positive thinking?

Positive CBT also looks at our thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Just like traditional CBT, it seeks to understand the underlying thoughts and feelings linked to these actions. Its focus is not where things are faulty and skewed, but where things are going well.
