Is chartered accountant allowed in Islam?

Answer 1: So far as the accountant is not involved in charging interest, claiming it from the debtor or pursuing him for that matter, merely making entries in the books of account will not make him liable to fall within the ambit of prohibition stipulated in the Hadith.

Is working in banks Haram?

Yes it is Haram to work at conventional banks which deals with interest. You can work in Islamic Banks. You can work in Banks as long as it’s 100\% Islamic Shariah based. In Non-Islamic/Conventional Banks it’s forbidden to work as it includes Riba (Usury/Interest).

What is a haram job?

Anything immoral, e.g. prostitution, is forbidden as well. Engaging in interest (riba) is forbidden too. Exploiting others or cheating/defrauding is haram.

Students need to complete four months study period in Foundation Course and then appear for the exam. Students who pass in Foundation course exam move to Intermediate course. Students who clear the CA Final exams have to enroll as a member of the ICAI to be designated as a Chartered Accountant.

Is it haram to avoid tax?
