Both are decent college but IIT Kharagpur is better than SPA Delhi for architecture. IIT Kharagpur takes admission through Architecture Aptitude Test ( AAT) entrance exam and SPA Delhi through JEE Main. Only the candidates who qualify in JEE (Advanced) 2017 are eligible for AAT 2017.
