Is dunking in high school illegal?

All Rules Codes (NFHS, NCAA Men’s/Women’s, NBA/WNBA, and FIBA) allow Dunking of a Live Ball. The only prohibition is that NFHS does not allow the Dunking of a Dead Ball.
