Is entrance exam necessary for physiotherapy?

Common Entrance Test (CET) and the All India Medical Entrance Examination (AIMEE) are the two major exams to get into the Bachelor’s Degree Physiotherapy Course. At least 50\% aggregate marks with Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the 10 +2 level is required by candidates aspiring to join this course.

What can I do if I fail in NEET?

If you fail and do not qualify for NEET exam, you may not be able to apply for MBBS, BDS, Or AYUSH courses. You can either opt for B.Sc. Nursing, or take up of the the Allied Health Sciences like BPT ( physiotherapy), BOT (Occupational Therapy) etc. You can also opt for B.Sc.

Can I get direct admission in physiotherapy?

BPT admission is open for session 2021, check eligibility, candidate can get direct admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy or BPT by management quota without Entrance Exam. Bachelor of Physiotherapy or BPT is a 4-year undergraduate program that deals with the science of physical movement.

What is the procedure to get admission in Physiotherapy in India?

In order to get admission through the entrance exam of physiotherapy in India, aspirants have to fulfill certain conditions of eligibility which are prescribed by the concerned authorities. As if there is a case where any aspirants fail to fulfill the eligibility criteria will be considered ineligible for the Physiotherapy entrance exams.

CET, JIPMER and GGS Indraprastha University Entrance Exam are some of the exams for admission to PG courses in Physiotherapy, for which candidates need to have finished their Bachelor’s degree course in Physiotherapy from a recognised Institute or University, with a minimum of 55\% marks in the final exams.
