Is Gue diving Worth?
IMHO – it’s absolutely worth it. Most members of our local GUE-affiliated group are not technical divers. They’re doing some very nice, very relaxed, and very FUN recreational dives.

What is kneeling dive?
Now try a kneeling dive! Crouch on one knee resting it on the deck while, placing the toes of your lead foot at the pool’s edge. Keep your arms straight ahead and your head down. (Remember to stretch out your hands!) Lean forward slowly, pushing with your feet against the pool’s edge, entering the water fingers first.
What are the fundamentals of diving?
A good profile is part of the holy trinity of good diving: buoyancy, profile, and propulsion. Each is necessary for control. A diver’s profile effects their buoyancy, and therefore their ability to maintain a stable position in the water.
Is BSAC or PADI better?
Both BSAC and PADI qualifications are recognised internationally. BSAC courses tend to be slighter cheaper and longer than PADI’s, and many argue that BSAC training is more thorough. However, PADI offers a slightly faster way to get qualified.
How deep can a PADI rescue diver go?

Do you tuck your chin when diving?
Bend your knees slightly, and stay relaxed so they don’t slap the water. Tuck your chin, bend at the waist, and push off with your feet into the water fingers first. You can also try this diving method off the diving board.
