Is ICAR NET accredited by UGC?

National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the three bodies, viz. UGC, CSIR and ICAR are mutually recognized.

What is the difference between ICAR NET and UGC NET?

UGC NET Exam is conducted for almost all subjects of every stream while CSIR NET exam is organized only for the science stream subjects. This is the major difference between both exams. CSIR NET Exam has only one paper of 3 hours while UGC NET has two papers with the time duration of 3 hours.

Which is better CSIR NET OR gate?

The eligibility criteria for GATE exam is Engineering Graduate, while the candidate who has done post-graduate can appear for CSIR-NET(JRF).
