Is it bad to leave Airsoft mags loaded?

Originally Answered: Is it ok to leave your airsoft gun magazine loaded for a long time? I wouldn’t recommend it. If you leave your magazine spring compressed for too long, it may lose strength over time. This could eventually cause feeding problems or possibly even jams.

BB Guns Can Fire at 550 Feet/Second, While 200 Feet/Second Can Fracture Bone. Pellet and BB guns are often lumped together. Human skin — far thinner and softer than most animal hides — can be punctured by ammunition traveling at just 150 feet per second.
