Is it compulsory to do night shift in TCS?

Yes, TCS is providing night shift allowances for it’s employees during this WFH phase too. It is 360/- rupees per night. An Employee must work for a minimum of 4.5 hrs. between 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST to be eligible for Night shift allowance.
