Is LLB evening valid?
Yes India we do have certain colleges that offer evening course but they are 3year LLB course. theu are offered by Delhi law academy. And they are approved by BCI. The eligibility criteria is that you need to have a under graduate or post graduate degree from a recognised university with minimum aggregate of 45\%.
Can LLB be done part time?
You cannot pursue an LLB degree in part time. The Bar Council of India does not recognise any part time Law programme in order to maintain the level for legal education. Hence no part time Law programme is recognised by BCI. You’ll have to go for a full time course.
