Is PVA glue permanent?

PVA is flexible, permanent and only toxic if you eat it. It has a neutral pH value. PVA is water soluble. You can add water to thick glue yourself to create a thinner, less gloopy one.

  5. Open the cap on the glue bottle and see if the glue is soft enough to use. If not, repeat the process.
