Is QI staged?

Originally Answered: How much of the Quite Interesting TV series is scripted? None. The questions have to be in the right order, so that they match the video slides back-projected onto the triptych of screens behind us. So I have a pile of cards with the questions and supplementary facts on them.

Why did Stephen Fry give up QI?

Stephen Fry quit hosting British quiz show QI after 13 years because of budget cuts that resulted in him filming up to three episodes a day, his co-star has claimed.
