Is RCB eligible for IPL 2021?

They finished fifth. Delhi Capitals (DC), Chennai Super Kings (CSK), and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have qualified for the playoffs of IPL 2021.
