Is Super Saiyan God stronger than mastered ultra instinct?

Going Super Saiyan has gotten Goku out of plenty of tough situations in the past, but his new technique Ultra Instinct is even more powerful. This form is said to be the most powerful iteration of the Super Saiyan, but it still pales in comparison to the technique known as Ultra Instinct.
