There are currently no generic alternatives to Janumet (sitagliptin / metformin).

Is Janumet a good drug for diabetes?

Janumet is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Janumet is not used to treat type 1 diabetes.
