A career in BPO means you can shift from customer service to design and development, from writing to data processing, as it’s all under one roof.

2020 may be a challenging year for the BPO industry. However, even a global health crisis can’t stop its growth. In the coming years, it will continue to provide jobs to millions of Filipinos and contribute billions of dollars to the country’s economy. Employee attrition is one of the biggest challenges in BPO companies.
