The day has finally come when Thor becomes the true King of Asgard, All-Father and protector of the Ten Realms of Marvel’s Universe.

After Odin’s death, Thor gains the Odin-Force through becoming the new All-Father of Asgard. More recently Thor has regained the Odin-Force after Odin’s death in the War of The Realms crossover by once again becoming the All-Father of Asgard.

So no Odin is very likely not dead, no one dies in Marvel and stays dead(except you Gwen and even she came back sorta). If Odin dies then that means a lot of character growth and a lot less Thor which after the success of Ragnarok I just dont see happening.
