My experience from EY GDS. Company is very worst. No formal training,no work life balance, ultimately stressful, zero support from management, if u need good rating or promotion u should be ready to compromise everything in life.

How is the work culture at EY-GDS, Bangalore? As I always state in all my answers regarding EY, GDS/GSS is not a great place to learn. The work is not interesting or challenging, you will end up doing basic typewriting/assistant tasks for other country EY offices.
What is the difference between EY GDS and EY India?
It all depends on your goals, what is that you really want comfort or great exposure. In EY GDS, you have to work five days a week and that too for specified number of hours whereas in EY India, you tend to work throughout the week with no limitations on hours. In terms of salary package, both are same.

Joining EY GDS is a very good option as it gives a boost in your career at a very early stage, hence I suggest you to join. I am from the Assurance Dept of EY hence i am not sure about the growth opportunities at the Advisory dept but a good thing is that EY GDS has tie ups with great colleges for pursuing MBA.
