Should I leave engineering for BBA?
If you are not able to cope up with the pressure of engineering studies and feel that you will be able to do well in BBA after looking at different subjects likely to be covered in three years of BBA you may opt out of engineering. However it may be mentioned that engineering degree is much much better than BBA.

What causes people to drop out of a bachelor’s degree program?
In year 2, it’s usually Diffy Q’s (particulary PDEs) and Electromagnetics (if you’re an EE) that causes people to switch and/or drop out. Once you’re halfway through a 4 year Bachelor’s program you realize you’re in the final stretch and have invested too much mentally and emotionally that you just keep going to make it worth it.
What year do most Cheme’s drop out of the program?
Last was in the beginning of my 3rd year in a 5 year program. We’ve been told by professors that most ChemE’s drop out after Mass and Energy Balances, and a few more after PChem sophomore year but almost everybody who makes it to junior year sticks around.
Do people drop out of PDE classes?
Damn. For my school, technically PDE is a grad level class. By the end of statics those that were left pretty much stuck around to the end. A couple people dropped out during Physics II, a couple more during Dynamics, and the last few during Thermodynamics.
