What are blasphemous words?

Blasphemous is an adjective that describes profane words and actions, especially when they are connected to something religious. Blasphemous comes from a Greek word that means “evil-speaking,” but actions as well as words can be blasphemous.

How do I deal with blasphemous thoughts?

If you are having blasphemous thoughts against God and the Holy Spirit, you need to get to Confession frequently, pray all the time, and concentrate on GOOD things, asking God at all times for His help – most especially in the sacraments of Confession and the Most Holy Eucharist!
