Civilian clothing
- 1 seasonal jacket.
- 2 casual dress pants or clean jeans without holes.
- 3 casual dress shirts or polo shirts.
- 1 casual sweater (fall to spring)
- 1 pair of casual dress shoes (comfortable)
- 6 underwear.
- 4 sport socks.
- 1 pair of running shoes (non-marking soles)
How do I prepare for the Canadian Armed Forces?

- run five kilometres.
- run 2.4 kilometres within an appropriate time (see chart )
- complete push-ups with a full range of motion and sit-ups.
- complete a hand-grip test.
