What does an associate trainee do?

Trainee Associate: Individuals in this position interact with customers to understand customer needs and service them by effecting sales of relevant products. Personal Attributes: The individual needs to be physically fit to withstand working in a retail environment whilst being customer responsive.

Is it worth joining LTI as a fresher?

Joining as a fresher, Training was not so great, it was mediocre. Was in bench for 2months and ended with a support project. Team is supportive, but the working hours are long, sometimes have to work even during weekends.

What does P1 grade mean in LTI?
