Is Art of Living program good?

My personal experience is amazing after doing Art Of Living courses. With regular practice of Sudarshan Kriya and meditation (as taught in Art of Living programs) my anxiety levels have gone down drastically. My anger has reduced to great extent. My immune system is much stronger.

How do you feel after doing Sudarshan Kriya?

The first-time experience of doing Sudarshan Kriya had an effect on me that thousands of others have described in a similar fashion: it was like an inner cleansing. One felt lighter, better, happier than before.

What happens in Art of Living?

The ashram conducts a wide range of residential programs in yoga, wellness, meditation, breathing techniques, and skill development for all age groups. Programs for kids and teens, such as Prajna Yoga, Utkarsha Yoga, Medha Yoga (for kids of different age groups), and Sri Sri Yoga for Kids.

What is the right time to do Sudarshan Kriya?

The whole process will take you about 45 minutes, and you can practice it at any time of the day. Avoid doing it immediately after having a meal.

Kriya (Purifying Breath) The third and the most important form is the Kriya, which is an advanced form of breathing. It requires you to breathe in slow, medium, and fast cycles.
