What does PES C2 mean?
PES C. Fit for combat service support vocations (modified BMT) PES C is further subdivided into: PES C2 – Servicemen do not have to take the IPPT for NSF / NSman, except regulars who are required to take Alternative Aerobic Fitness Test (AAFT). PES C9 – All servicemen not required to take the IPPT.
How long is ns for PES C?

Can asthma down PES?
A serviceman who has asthma may be assigned a permanent PES that certifies him fit for IPPT or that exempts him from IPPT. However, a serviceman who has been certified fit for IPPT can still be assigned a temporary PES by a Medical Officer to exempt him from IPPT if his asthma becomes poorly controlled.

What is PTP in army?
In case you didn’t know, PTP stands for physical training phase and those who got into this batch needs to serve an addition eight weeks of military training to get better, fitter and stronger.
How can I be exempt from IPPT?
You can be exempted from your annual fitness requirements once you have been disrupted from your Operationally Ready National Service (ORNS) duties. However, you can also be exempted from IPPT in your current IPPT window, only if you have: Been permanently downgraded to PES B3 and below (excluding PES C1)
Is BMT compulsory?

Ive dealt with firefighters who kept saying they have issues but unable to produce documentation so cannot down PES also, in the end light duty also. So best is to get the necessary documents to prove beyond doubt you need to down your PES. ASAP.
Is it true that all PES A/B1 PRs are posted to infantry?
Basically PES A/B1 means you are medically fit for combat vocations in the military or similar physically demanding vocations in the Police or Civil Defense. It is thus definitely not true that all PES A/B1 PRs are posted to the infantry.
Did you ever get a PEs before Ord?
Didn’t get anything except continuous 3-month terms of excuses and finally a temp PES right before ORD. The SAF medical system is a massive bitch and unless you have some serious permanent health issue or a combination of 7 small ones, you’re not getting a downpes.
