What happened to the first order after the Battle of Exegol?

With the Final Order destroyed and all the ships falling to the ground in ruins, Rey, the Resistance and the galaxy fleet emerged victorious and left Exegol to return to Ajan Kloss, where they celebrated the end of the First Order/Resistance War.

How did Palpatine get to Exegol?

Palpatine used a thing called Essence Transfer. When he fell into the reactor, he exited his body, went to Exegol and got himself into a clone.
