What happens if I get sick before boot camp?
If it gets worse during training, you can go to sick call at the base clinic. There is some risk going to sick call as well too. You can ruin your chances of finishing your training on time and be pushed back a week, or several weeks. Or they can just send you home too.
Can you go to MEPS if you have a cold?
If you are sick, consider delaying your processing at MEPS (if an applicant) or consider staying home if a family member or guest.
