What happens if I resign during PIP in Accenture?

If you resign then you won’t get 3 months of your salary because onus comes to you in exiting the company. Wait till your final PIP review meanwhile start searching for another job. Communicate during your interview that you are on bench and can join immediately. This would ease finding new job.
