What happens in art of living?

The ashram conducts a wide range of residential programs in yoga, wellness, meditation, breathing techniques, and skill development for all age groups. Programs for kids and teens, such as Prajna Yoga, Utkarsha Yoga, Medha Yoga (for kids of different age groups), and Sri Sri Yoga for Kids.

How can we learn the art of living?

We can learn that plans, goals, ideals … these are all fantasies of what we’d like life to be like, and they’re not real. We can learn to let go of the fantasies that inevitably occur, and just experience life as it is, as it happens. This is the Art of Living.

  4. Create a pattern based on simple shapes or lines.
  5. Repeat or elaborate on the pattern.
  6. Fill in your pattern with color.

“Meditation, which is the practice of focused concentration, bringing yourself back to the moment over and over again, actually addresses stress, whether positive or negative.” Meditation can also reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.

Yes, Sudarshan Kriya will help you in overcoming your anxiety. Sudarshan Kriya is a breathing practice that will help you remain stress-free. This will also help you in living a calm life. The benefit is more for generalized anxiety than social anxiety states.

So I registered for the course with high hope and anxiously waited for what awaits next.
