What if my Paytm account is hacked?

send an email to paytm customer care and request them to deactivate your paytm account. Just send an email to care@paytm and let them know that you are willing to deactivate your account.

How can I get OTP in Paytm by email?

Enter the OTP sent on your registered mobile number. A verification link will be sent to your new email address. Go to your email account and click the link sent on email within 48 hours from Paytm for verification.

How can I block my Paytm account temporarily?

  1. Go back to the previous menu.
  2. Select “I am unable to access my Account”
  3. From the options, select “I need to block my account”
  4. Submit the block request to us along with one proof of account ownership.

Is it safe to give Paytm number?
