What is an alpha in Ark?

Alpha Creatures are some of the strongest dinosaurs on the Island, only dwarfed by the Giganotosaurus and. Titanosaur. Compared to their respective non-alpha variants, they have significantly more health (around 15 times more than regular variants) as well as boosts in attack power and movement speed.

Why does ark perform so bad?

Where are the best places to find alpha Raptors?

I see a lot around mid south near the long beach at the upper southern cave. 2 rexes, 1 carno and 3 raptors in a few days. North East island has good spawns for alphas i’d imagine (only really seen a couple there personally) Near the Red oblisk there are alot of alpha raptors, in the general area.
