The ASR will be used to order trunking and facilities between CLEC and CenturyLink for Local Interconnection Service. Local Service Request (LSR) means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.
