What is assigned and unassigned task in TCS timesheet?

Time can be recorded against tasks assigned in the project management module or against unassigned tasks. Unassigned tasks are those that are related to a project defined in the project management module, but do not have an explicit task defined. Timesheet module has two levels of operations: Timesheet Approval.

What is unassigned time?

Unassigned drive time is how any driving not associated with a specific driver or support staff gets recorded in an Electronic Logging Device (ELD). That means anytime the wheels move – at all – and a user is not logged in to the ELD system, it is classified as unassigned drive time or as unassigned driving events.
