What is bank block leave?

A mandatory vacation (paid leave) policy for employers that require their employees to take a consecutive block of time away from work each year.

What is mandatory compliance leave?

Under the mandatory leave policy, the employee will be compulsorily sent on a leave of not less than 10 working days in a single spell every year and that should be a surprise element for employees. Implementation of this policy shall be reviewed under the supervisory process.
