Multinational companies that want to enter the Indian BPO space now have a new option “”Indian companies that build, operate and transfer (BOT) a BPO. BOT, a business model widely practised in the core sector, for toll bridges and roads, has evolved over the past one year in the BPO industry.

What is BPT and BPO?

BPO vs BPT The basic difference between BPO and BPT is the theoretical and medical aspects of it. BPO provides you a more analytical medical program with a touch of technology whereas BPT is based on the patient’s mental health and the psycho physical aspects of the recovery and exercise.

Is Bot is a good course?

BOT course prepares the students and assists them in becoming professional occupational therapists who are capable of creating a treatment plan and provide the best treatment and support available, to the patient. BOT is a job oriented undergraduate course. So, Yes, BOT is a good course to study.

What is BOT BPT?

BPT stands for Bachelor of Physiotherapy. BOT stands for Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. It is a job oriented undergraduate course. BOT medical course is based on the field of Occupational Therapy. The course duration is 4 years and on completion, leads to a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

What is the meaning of BPO?

BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing. It refers to the outsourcing of one or more steps of a business process to a BPO provider.

What is the difference between Bot and pure bot?

BOT: In the BOT model, the enterprise customer provides the financing for the new infrastructure. In a pure BOT, the service provider does not own the infrastructure but is a concessionaire entitled to manage it for a fee that covers its operating expenses.

What does bot stand for in business?

As far as my knowledge goes, BOT stands for Build-Operate-Transfer. It has nothing to do with business processes. It is a business model most commonly seen in large civic infrastructure projects. Let’s say the government wants to build a highway from City A to City B.

What are the disadvantages of the BOT model?

Disadvantages. The BOT and BOOT models have certain drawbacks for the enterprise customer. Additional costs are incurred to pay a profit to the service provider for the value of its know-how and time in assembling the service delivery infrastructure.
