What is condition 2SQ?

Condition 2SQ is a state of readiness where the system can be quickly brought up to launch the missiles. This is typically set when leaving port and preparing for strategic patrol and remains in that condition until returning to port (setting 4SQ) or preparing to launch (setting 1SQ).
