What is Green Belt experience?

A Green Belt is someone with at least three years of work experience who wants to demonstrate his or her knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes.

What do you learn in Green Belt Six Sigma?

This Six Sigma Green Belt course is comprised of 11 separate sessions. You will also become proficient in all of the analytical tools necessary to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control Six Sigma improvement projects. You will learn team leadership and project management skills.

What can I expect from Six Sigma Training?

Upon completion of six sigma green certification, you will be able to analyze a company’s manufacturing and business processes and take steps to improve them. You will also be able to conduct a complete review of current practices and understand how they impact quality performance.

How do you become a green belt?

The Six Sigma Green Belt certification requires three years of work experience in one or more areas of the Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge. Candidates must have worked in a full-time, paid role. Paid intern, co-op or any other course work cannot be applied toward the work experience requirement.
