What is Malaysian coffee?

Kopi is a type of traditional coffee commonly drank in Singapore and West Malaysia. It is a highly caffeinated black coffee served with milk and sugar. This drink originates during the British Malaya era, with Hainanese roots. It is also otherwise known as Nanyang coffee.

  2. Measure 12-15 Gms of Kopi Powder and put it into the Coffee Sock.
  3. Pour hot water(just about 90°C – 95°C) into the Coffee sock.
  4. Make sure to wet all the Kopi Powder.
  5. Let it sit for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Once brewed gently tap the Coffee Sock so that the brew is well mixed.
