What is the age limit of advocate?

Therefore at present there is no age restriction for taking admission in law courses, however the Council has received several applications that National Law Schools are not allowing the candidates who are above twenty years for appearing in the CLAT. There is no Upper age limit for enrollment in the Bar Council. Your application may have been kept pending for some other reasons and not for upper age. Inquire from the concerned State Bar Council for the reasons.

A candidate must be a citizen of India and must have done registration at any State Bar Council of India. The age of the candidate must be more than 21 years old. A candidate must have Practice experience of 5 years at any High Court in India. If you fulfill these Eligibility Criteria.
