What is the Indigo cadet pilot program?

The IndiGo Cadet Pilot Programs have been established to cater to the growing global need for new pilots. We invite young men and women who have passed their 12th or graduated from college and aspire to be airline pilots. It involves training the candidate in phases so that she/he can act as a Jr. Co-pilot with IndiGo.
