Indirect military aid: Sweden provided indirect military aid by authorising AB Bofors to manufacture and supply Bofors artillery ammunition to Indian Army as Indian Army employed Bofors in the Kargil Conflict. Russia provided indirect military aid by supplying ammunition, spares and parts of Russian aircrafts used by India.
