What is the training period of CISF?

12 weeks ,60 trainees or as decided by Dte. Genl. a) UOs and CTs (SCC/HCPC qualified)below 40 years. e) Pre course training should be arranged at unit level for 01 week for familiarize the trainee with course.

How many RTC are there in CISF?

6 RTCs
To impart training in industrial security aspects for various categories of new incumbents and service personnel, CISF has one training academy, NISA (National Industrial Security Academy) and 6 RTCs (Recruit Training Centers) located all over India.

How can I become Si in CISF?

  1. Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 25 years for CAPF, Assistant Sub inspector in CISF and IB in NCB.
  2. Education qualification for SSC CISF SI / ASI Recruitment : Candidate’s who possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or an equivalent are eligible for taking the exam.

Can an ASI appear for LDC exam of Si and AC?

An ASI can appear for LDC exam of SI and not AC. Only SI with 05 years of pynishment free service are eligible for LDC exam of AC. So, ASI has to crack SI LDC first which will take 06 years minimum . Then he has to crack AC LDC exam which will again take 06 years minmum. Hence , at the earlies
