What shall we do that we might work the works of God?
John 6:28 asks: What shall we do that we might work the works of God?” This book will teach you how to be a “Proof Producer” that Jesus Christ is who He says He is—the Son of the living God, our Messiah (our deliverer, our redeemer, and our healer).
Do not work for food that goes bad but work for food that endures for eternal life?
Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. On him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.” Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”
What does God say about working for a living?

What should we do for God?

- Go for a walk and talk with God.

- Put on some worship music and immerse yourself in the melody and lyrics.
Why work for food that does not satisfy?
Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare. Give ear and come to me; hear me, that your soul may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, my faithful love promised to David.
Do not toil for food that perishes?
“Do not labor for the food (or meat) which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.” (John 6:27) For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” (John 6:32–33)
Why do we need to work?

Where is eternal life received from Christ?
Christ is where eternal life is received. We must come to him if we will have it (5:40). The words of life offer it and describe it and tell how to have it and beckon us to it. But John 3:20 describes how by nature we hate the light of life.
