What would happen if Bakugo got one for all?

If Bakugo was given One For All on top of his current quirk, he would probably become the one of the strongest, if not the strongest, heroes/person in the My Hero Academia universe. Bakugo has the drive, knowledge, and strength to quickly adapt to his quirk and maneuver at will.

Was Bakugou supposed to get one for all?
