When did Anu Kumari started preparing for UPSC?

When it comes to my case, I started preparing for Prelims 2017 immediately after Prelims 2016 results were announced.

How did Anu Kumari prepared for UPSC?

To start mains answer writing, first cover all the basic books for UPSC and then practice answer writing. For 4-5 months at a stretch (from Aug 16 to Jan 17), she wrote 7-8 answers daily on register and then compared them with other answers written in online websites. She had done this before preliminary exam itself.

Daily five to seven hours sleep is enough for a UPSC aspirant. If you are an aspirant with asthma, allergy or other health problem you need to sleep more. So, an aspirant does not waste even a single minute. If an aspirant is studying in the morning, they should take proper breakfast and should drink ample water.
