When I log out of Instagram the account is still there?

today i found out that if you logout of all your accounts, there is this little button under all of them that reads “Manage accounts”. When you press on it, x’s pop up next to all your accounts. if you press one of them it will tell you that next time you want to get into said account you will have to login again.
