Nsejs is only for sincere students and if u are sincere at all on these 4 subject then absolutely u can aachieve success. now I will hardly suggests u to start ur preparation by preparing for pre rmo as for maths u can easily qualify in nsejs if u had already qualified in pre rmo.

Which is the best book for Physics for 12th class?

For Physics you must solve class 9,10 and 11 NCERT (Some topics of class 12 are also asked and also you must have basic understanding of physics). Other books which I feel the best are HC Verma Vol 1 and 2 and SL Arora. And solve the study material you get from your coaching.
