How can I get CSE in top IIT?
For obc , you can get a seat in old IIT at around AIR 1800 . For SC/ST, it goes till 6–7k. There is another method to get CSE in top IIT. Get a decent branch in good IIT , change the department after first year. Although, this one is also tough to achieve.
What is the difference between ecece and CSE?
ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM etc) communicate with each other. It has more Physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much. CSE on the other hand deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them.
