Which is better BE or BSc?

Hi, BTech is a better option as compared to the BSc course. BTech (bachelor of technology) is a technical professional degree (engineering) which has good career prospects. The BTech course is completed in 4 years as against BSc (graduation degree in science) which is a 3 year course.

What is better BSc or BEng?

Both BSc and BEng are undergraduate degrees, but the difference is that BEng is a specialized degree whereas BSc is a general degree. BSc has fewer job prospects as compared to BEng. BEng has a wider job prospect as compared to BSc. It mostly takes 3 years to complete the BSc course whereas BEng requires 4 years.
