Is Kaplan enough for Step 1?

The Kaplan STEP1 lecture notes and videos are useful resources to understand anatomy for STEP1. The neuroscience part of the Kaplan book is really good. This book can be used as a resource to build your base in Anatomy before you go to First Aid STEP 1 and UWorld.
