Who brought the animals into the ark?

God did not want animals to disappear from the earth, so He told Noah to take one male and one female of each land animal onto the ark. It would be a big job to gather all the different kinds of animals in the world, but Noah did not have to go out after them; God brought the animals to him – God provided.

Notice that the creation account does not use a specific term for whale. Given that there is no fossil evidence that whales existed before the Flood, wouldn’t it be more consistent for the YLC to argue that Noah’ carried a pair of walking animals on the ark that then adapted to a marine environment after the Flood?
